Nikki & Kathy at your Freeland office are the reason I give Chicago Title all of my business. I used to alternate between title companies, with some logic of trying to support both local companies. Several years ago, the level of service provided by Nikki and Kathy was so superior that my co-listing partner & I decided to work only with Chicago Title unless a seller specifically requested NOT to work with Chicago. Nor surprisingly, we have yet to have any client request to work with the other title company. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out who is making the difference. I complete these surveys to acknowledge this team for the business they generate for Chicago Title. With no awareness of how escrow officers are paid, I hope they are well compensated for who they are and the business they bring in.
